Terrell W. Cowan, 88, Hillsboro, Oregon. The son of Milton and Cecil (Milton) Cowan Raised in Oshkosh, WI. husband of Mary Ellen Meigher they moved to the West coast in 1970’s.
Funeral Mass will be held on Friday Nov 15 @ 11 am at St Mathew Catholic Church in Hillsboro.
Burial is at St Matthew Cemetery.
